The first modern microstrip ring resonator was born in the late 1990s for civilian Earth observation satellites. With modern materials and processes, modern products have achieved superior performance and are gradually developing towards compact structures, small volumes, low costs, and high integration.
Microstrip circulators have replaced wired circulators and are widely used in microwave systems, while maintaining absolute linear stability. Due to its broadband structure, microstrip circulators are a unique combination of broadband operation, lightweight, and small size, making them highly suitable for space and ground AESA bridge applications.
Microstrip circulators must be stored in a dry and protected environment (such as a nitrogen cabinet or drying cabinet), and a safe distance should be maintained between products.
It should not be stored next to strong magnetic fields or ferromagnetic materials.
1. Signal Isolation: Microstrip circulators are used to isolate different signal paths and prevent signals from transmitting in unwanted directions, thereby reducing interference and reflections.
2. Signal Routing: The circulator can control the flow of signals so that the signal is transmitted from one port to the next port without returning to the original port.
3. Duplexer Function: The circulator can be used as a duplexer to separate transmitting and receiving signals at the same frequency.
Microstrip circulators are widely used in many fields such as wireless communications, radar systems, satellite communications, test and measurement, and microwave component protection. They improve system performance and reliability through signal isolation and routing, ensuring accurate signal transmission.
Qualwave supplies broadband and high power microstrip circulators in a broad range from 8 to 11GHz. The average power is up to 10W. Our microstrip circulators are widely used in many areas.
